It all begins with a client intake form. Once complete a team member will reach out to your office to finalize the intake process and schedule a meeting to speak with our subject matter experts on a one-on-one conference call to discuss your core goals and timeline.
Plan it.
The planning meeting is designed to outline the roadmap to achieving the goals that you set out during your intake meeting. The planning meeting will present an overview of your goals, milestones towards achieving those goals, timeline and budget.
Execute it.
Once the plan of action has been finalized, we get to work!
Monitor it.
Your customized client portal will allow you to track our progress towards meeting our project goals.
Close it.
The final phase towards completion of your project is a thorough review designed to capture feedback on the high level performance of the project.
